Tokens needed for MM15

With a fresh set we now have a fresh set of token needs! You can safely retire your manifest and morph trackers and dig through old boxes of cards for relevant tokens. After all, if your opponents knows that you were actually around for Shadowmoor, that's some serious nerdcred.
